In the old ceramics factory in Tegelen, near Venlo, you will find SOBER. A place where the rhythm of the seasons is leading and craftsmanship is paramount. Here, a piece of wild nature comes to your plate. Chefs Peter Bogema and Joni Sloesen cook with what hunters, fishermen and growers bring them. Vegetables from the region, game from the forests, fish from nearby. The very best ingredients get all the attention they deserve. Their motto: "Nature decides, I translate". Nature also speaks in the glass. Wines are poured from carefully grown grapes. Together, Chef Peter and sommelier Joni create exciting flavour combinations built with care.
