When will you visit?
Come during the asparagus season, as soon as the ‘white gold’ is back on the menu. On a spring day like this, with the sun filtering through the trees, this is the perfect spot. Is it a bit chilly? Then the inn is all the more inviting: warm inside, a hearty meal and perhaps a short stroll across the heath afterwards.
What to expect.
At Herberg Restaurant ’t Zwaantje, the focus is on seasonal dishes, local produce and classics that are simply excellent. In spring, asparagus takes centre stage: tender, fresh and prepared with care. Did you know that ’t Zwaantje has been passing on its tradition of hospitality for five generations and is a purveyor to the royal household? You can taste that in the attention to detail at the table.
