National Park De Maasduinen
There are 20 different National Parks in the Netherlands. In the north-east of Limburg between the river Maas and the German border, you will find National Park de Maasduinen. This National Park owes its name to the striking drifting sand ridges also called parabola dunes. These parabola dunes formed towards the end of the last ice age.
