What to expect.
At Aan de Linde, it’s all about getting together without any fuss. The group accommodation is situated in the countryside in Maasbree and is let exclusively to a single group. This means it immediately feels like your own place. Inside, you’ll find a spacious communal living area with a kitchen, sitting area and dining tables. The kitchen is equipped for cooking for larger groups, including a 6-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridges and freezer.
The separate party and recreation area is another highlight of this venue. It features, amongst other things, a bar, an open fire, table football, a table tennis table and a dartboard. Outside, there’s a large grounds with a lawn, playground equipment, go-karts, a volleyball and basketball court, a covered terrace, a fire pit and a campfire site. Did you know that the first cubic metre of firewood is provided free of charge? That really says it all about the atmosphere here: practical, generous and cosy.
There are 35 beds available, and the group can be expanded if people bring their own tent, caravan or campervan. This keeps things flexible, without losing that sense of togetherness.

Maasbree is conveniently situated in the heart of North Limburg. You’re in a peaceful, green setting, yet it’s just a short drive to Venlo, Sevenum or the Peel. Through a small gate on the grounds, you can walk towards the De Groote Molenbeek nature reserve. This makes ‘Aan de Linde’ an ideal base for groups looking to combine freedom, nature and a friendly atmosphere.
You don’t come to Aan de Linde for just an hour, but for a weekend, a midweek break or a week away together. The accommodation is suitable for 25 to 35 people, with additional camping facilities on site. Parking is available on or near the site.
When are the gates open?
Aan de Linde operates on a system of arrival and departure times per booking. For a weekend stay, you usually arrive on Friday from 3.00 pm and depart on Sunday at 6.00 pm. For a long weekend, arrival is also on Friday from 3.00 pm and departure is on Monday at 10.00 am. For a midweek stay, you arrive on Monday from 3.00 pm and depart on Friday at 10.00 am.

Set aside one evening entirely for the campfire. Bring along some treats to go with your coffee or drinks, arrange the chairs in a circle and simply let the evening unfold. It is precisely these moments that linger in the memory.

Combine your group stay with a visit to Toverland Theme Park in Sevenum. From Aan de Linde, it’s about a 15-minute drive, and by bike it takes around 35 to 45 minutes. Rollercoasters, shows and water fun by day, then back to the campfire together in the evening.
