This is a wonderful place for families, groups of friends and quiet getaways that like to get away together without the hassle. With space for groups of up to 20 people, eight en-suite bedrooms and a large garden, this feels like one of those addresses where you will automatically linger a little longer. When will you visit?

In spring and summer, this place comes alive with extra beauty, as you automatically walk into the garden and stay outside for a long time. But Spraelandhof also feels good in autumn. Then you head into the woods of Landgoed Geijsteren or the Boshuizerbergen during the day and then come back inside for a nice get-together.

What to expect.

You will stay here in a group accommodation built in 2012, with the look of an old farmhouse on the outside and, on the contrary, many of today's comforts inside. There are eight bedrooms with private bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a large garden with playtime fun for children. Did you know that building materials were used from an old farmhouse in the area, giving the place that authentic character on purpose?

For a weekend, long weekend or midweek, you'll be just right here. You stay in a quiet, wooded corner of Oostrum, right next to Landgoed Geijsteren and not far from Venray. Parking is available at the accommodation and there is also a charging station for electric cars. Dogs are not allowed. For accessibility, this is actually a nice place, as the ground floor is completely wheelchair accessible and also has an adapted bedroom and bathroom. Self-catering is easy here, including a 7-burner cooker, two ovens, several fridges and a dishwasher. As a result, dietary requirements can be arranged conveniently in your own schedule.

Our tip for your visit

Don't pull up in the car right away, just walk from Spraelandhof into Landgoed Geijsteren first. Just then you will notice how nicely situated the place is. Just walk into the woods, along the Rosmolen or towards the Boshuizerbergen, and then back to your own terrace. That makes your stay here extra nice and quiet.
