Upper Church Mission House St Michael open to public in Steyl

Are you curious to know what it looks like inside the special Mission House St. Michael in Steyl? From 1 May to 31 October, you get a unique insight into the monastery village's impressive upper church on Sunday afternoons.
Together with members of the Church Watch, walk through this neo-Gothic church full of details, stories and silence. The upper church forms a rare double church together with the lower church. You will hardly find anything like it in the Netherlands. While the light falls through the stained-glass windows and the smell of old wood wafts towards you, you will learn more about the history of this special place on the river Maas.
You are welcome every Sunday from 1.30pm to 4.30pm. The entrance is on the Meuse side via the lower church of the Mission House.
