The name is a nod to the blue stone steps that people used to have to climb to reach the top of the city wall. The wall and steps are gone, and a cosy café has taken their place. You can also pop in for a tasty lunch, and on Thursdays and Fridays they serve the most delicious Moluccan dishes.
