Rose Festival in Arcen Castle Gardens
until 15 June
From Thursday 11 to Monday 15 June, Kasteeltuinen Arcen will be all about the rose. During the Rose Festival, you will walk among thousands of blooming roses, fragrant works of art and nice places to take a break.
In the baroque Rosarium, roses are in full bloom. Regional growers and flower arrangers work together to create special rose artworks scattered through the gardens and historic rooms of Arcen Castle. There are also daily flower arranging demonstrations, where you can see how roses are made into real eye-catchers.
The Rose Festival stimulates all the senses. Listen to a rose operetta, taste rose delicacies at the Rose Candy House of Mierzoet from Arcen and discover rose products in the hospitality and souvenir shop De Oranjerie. For children, there is a rose treasure hunt through the world of the rose.
A nice getaway for those who want to slow down. Look, smell, walk and enjoy. Just at your own pace.
