Loire wine tasting at restaurant SOBER

Sample 8 to 10 exceptional Loire wines during the ‘Tasting Loire’ event at Restaurant SOBER, including canapés, cheeses and charcuterie.
On Saturday 10 October, Restaurant SOBER is organising the eleventh edition of its wine tasting. Once again, the focus will be on the Loire: one of France’s most distinctive and diverse wine regions.
Discover the Loire in a glass
After a year and a half, Restaurant SOBER returns to this impressive wine region, renowned for its rich history, distinctive terroirs and exceptional winemakers. Grapes such as Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc, in particular, express themselves beautifully in the Loire, producing wines with great finesse, vibrancy and a distinct character of their own.
Eight to ten exceptional wines
During Tasting Loire, participants get to taste eight to ten carefully selected wines for €125 per person. These include wines from highly sought-after producers. Each wine tells its own story and reveals a different side of the Loire.
Hosted by sommelier Joni
The tasting will be led by sommelier Joni, who will tell you more about the different wine regions, styles, producers and terroirs. This means the afternoon isn’t just about tasting, but also about discovering the stories behind the wines.
With canapés, cheeses and charcuterie
A variety of nibbles, cheeses and charcuterie are served alongside the wines. This provides ample opportunity to enjoy unique flavours and delightful combinations in a relaxed atmosphere.

The tasting event will take place on Saturday 10 October from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm at Restaurant SOBER. The participation fee is €125 per person. The number of places available is limited, so early booking is recommended.
Stay on for dinnera
Those wishing to extend their afternoon can book a table at Restaurant SOBER afterwards to linger over a leisurely afternoon tea and dinner.

At SOBER, cooking follows the rhythm of nature and the seasons. The menu therefore changes regularly and centres on sustainable, pure and, as far as possible, organic and biodynamic produce. Wine also plays an important role in the experience.
Restaurant SOBER is open from 6.00 pm to midnight, Wednesday to Friday. On Saturdays, the restaurant is open from 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm and from 6.00 pm to midnight.
Restaurant SOBER’s wine collection consists of carefully selected, characterful wines, with a strong focus on terroir and organic or biodynamic production. Sommelier Joni plays a key role in this.
