Curious about the lives of your ancestors? Date: Wednesday 21 October 2026 Time: 7.00–9.00 pm Duration: 8 sessions Cost:€65, excluding course materials With the Hobbygilde’s Genealogy course, you’ll learn how to embark on your own journey of discovery through your family history. Under the guidance of an experienced genealogist, you’ll learn, step by step, how to approach family tree research and where to find information about your ancestors. The course covers not only birth, marriage and death records, but also the stories and circumstances that really bring your ancestors to life. After the first three days of the course, you’ll be able to get started on your own family research. There’ll also be a field trip to an archive, with the choice of archive decided in consultation with the course participants. Discover your family’s hidden past.
