The theme of this show is "perception". How we as humans are overwhelmed by everything that happens in the world and how it slowly paralyses us. Everything seems black or white left or right for or against. We become trapped in our own tunnel (vision). In Tunnel Vision, Jay takes you into his view of today's world with sharp observations lots of humour and moments of reflection. We laugh at the absurdity of everyday life but also pause to reflect on ourselves. Jay is touring the Netherlands and Belgium with his 7th cabaret show. Biography Jay Francis (also known as Tisjeboy Jay) is a Dutch stand-up comedian who has quickly established himself as one of the most successful comedians of his generation. In 2022, he managed to sell out solo Ziggo Dome Amsterdam to do the same again in 2023 and 2025 in Rotterdam Ahoy. Besides his cabaret performances, Jay made his debut as an actor in a Videoland Original series by Hans Teeuwen in the summer of 2024. In late 2024, his documentary 'The Shadow of Laughter' premiered in Dutch and Belgian cinemas and attracted more than 30,000 visitors. This achievement earned him the Kristallen Film Award and the documentary was released on Prime Video on 1 September 2025. In 2025-2026, Jay will play his 6th cabaret show in the Netherlands and Belgium called 'Evolution' where he will receive more than 100,000 visitors. Jay's cabaret shows can be watched on several streaming platforms: "Politically Correct" is available on Prime Video, "In De War" can be seen in Belgium on Streamz and in the Netherlands on Pathé Thuis, "De Oudejaarsconference 2025" can be seen in the Netherlands on Pathé Thuis and came in at #1. He has also been a guest on popular television programmes such as Hell or Hotel, De Alleskunner VIPS, Ranking The Stars and De Verraders.
