Sidera's Come From Away

Come From Away tells the true story of togetherness in uncertain times. When US airspace was closed on 11 September 2001, the day of the attacks, 38 planes were forced to land in the Canadian town of Gander. The small community immediately joined forces to shelter and care for the more than 7,000 stranded travellers for several days.Come From Away shows how a crisis situation can bring out the best in people. In this heartwarming musical, fear and distrust give way to hope, emotion, humour and love.Stichting Sidera Theaterproducties is a group from Venlo. They annually stage a professional musical theatre production focusing on social themes, under the guidance of a professional team from the region. Come From Away is performed with live band.
